Website sign-in: use your existing RetroRay ID on either website. If a sign-in link expires, choose Continue sign-in to start a fresh connection. For an expired reset or verification email, request a new link from RetroRay ID.
Game access: website membership and playtest interest do not grant game access. Check your invitation and use the instructions for your assigned build.
Before reporting a problem, search the feedback list for a similar report. Include the exact build identifier, operating system, steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what happened. Add a screenshot if useful, with private details removed. Never post passwords, login codes, or private invitation links.
If you cannot identify the build, say so rather than guessing. Controls and features in this knowledge base carry version labels so you can compare them to your own build.
